Carlos was an amazing sale representative. He took our concerns and budget and helped us find a truck that worked for us. Carlos went above and beyond the usual car salesmen and made the process easy going and never pressured us into purchasing any vehicle we didn't want. He even willingly came in on his day off to ensure we could get the ball rolling on this vehicle as its an urgent need. He deserves recognition for his ability to sell, communicate, and lead.

Danielle Mann is the best! She has been there every step of the way. When I purchase a car again it will be only through Danielle. Harr is a beautiful place, with area to work if you are waiting. Free snacks and coffee. But the managers in the service department are not helpful. When a problem with my sunroof came about I found the problem of a snapped clipped. The manager I dealt with was no help, and did not resolve my issue even with there being a warranty. The warranty you have to pay for diagnostic, which I have never heard of. Then they will determine if it’s apart of the warranty after the fact. So if you want something fixed, plan you may have to pay HOURLY for diagnostic.

Sales people are excellent, friendly, helpful . Corporate advertisements are a load of crap .

She thoroughly answered all our questions & concerns, in addition to providing prompt responses to our follow up text messages. I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was truly worth sharing! My son and I recently found the perfect truck for him and made the trip from Western Massachusetts to check it out. From the moment we pulled into the dealership and met Jared, to the time we left that night, it was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had! Jared was incredibly honest, upfront, and thorough in explaining everything to us. He even mentioned that he had only been working there for a week—but you would have never known! His professionalism and knowledge made the entire process seamless. We decided to move forward with the purchase, and throughout the process, Jared stayed in close contact, answering all our questions and reassuring my son, who was anxious about getting the truck. Recently we had purchased another Two vehicles from Danyelle at Harr dodge. I was in a lease, told her i wanted a 2500 Ram, with very specific interior requests. I thought for sure 100% i would be ordering my truck. She stayed on this hunt for almost 2 yrs while i was in my lease. As my lease came to an end she managed to track down and take in on trade the truck i wanted! Got me into it at the price i wanted and everything. Now fast forward about a yr, we decided the wife needed to upgrade and guess what. YUP Danyelle came through again getting us into a beautiful 25 Durango. This will be the fourth vehicle we have purchased from Danyelle and i can confidently say, i wont buy from anyone else. So Dodge better keep making truck and SUV i love. We are on vehicle #4 purchased through Danyelle at HARR. I can't say enough good, things about how Danyelle and the rest of the team make things such a seamless and low-stress experience. Danyelle isn't your typical "pushy salesman", she is very willing to listen to your wants and expectations, and will deliver those to you the best she can! She has done this for us 4 times over. Jarred Austin sales agent is everything you hope will be when it comes to buying a car. Always was upfront and honest from the start and went beyond to make sure I had a reliable car within the price range I asked for with all the features I wanted. Jarred Never forced me into anything just to make a sale. Not only did he work hard making sure I was approved and satisfied with the options but he always called me right back when it came to answering any questions I had. I have to say I was nervous going through a dealership especially being a single women and had already went through a bad experience buying my 1st car with toyata mcgee I decided to take a chance on harr and so pleased I did.
